Coreopsis rosea American Dream

A charming, free-flowering perennial, Coreopsis rosea 'American Dream' is valued for its masses of daisy-like blooms that almost float above its fine, slender foliage. From early summer onwards, it produces a gentle haze of flowers that delivers a light, meadow-like feel to borders and naturalistic planting schemes.

This coreopsis performs best in a bright, open position in moist but well-drained soil, where it flowers generously and remains both neat and healthy. It combines beautifully with plants like Gaura lindheimeri and Salvia nemorosa that echo its lightness and colour. For a harmonious planting, it also pairs well with Astrantia major and Verbena bonariensis, creating a pollinator-friendly display that feels natural, long-lasting and effortlessly elegant.
