Opuntia humifusa - Hardy Cactus

The Hardy Cactus! - This sprawling cactus is extremely cold hardy, although not wet hardy so place somewhere that dries out in winter (i. e. roof or wall, or give cloche protection). Flowers appear on mature plants. Well worth a try in any well drained site, or keep indoors over winter if you don't want to risk it. Supplied in an approx 1-2 litre pot. These plants are out all winter in our nusery, and freeze several times!!
