Lythrum salicaria 'Robert'

Clump-forming erect perennial. Intense, clear mauve-pink, spiked flowers from mid to late summer. The spear shaped leaves are borne on flowers stems. This is an ideal plant to place near a water feature as it loves damp areas. Ordinary garden soil is fine as long as there is plenty of moisture retaining humus. Flowers blend well with whites, silver foilage, blues and purples. Supplied in approx 1 litre containers.
