This Golden Nugget is a real beauty, and in high demand! Also known as houseleeks and hens and chicks - hence the Chick Charms name with this one, Golden Nugget like all these plants makes a spreading mats of fleshy rosettes of foliage with star shaped flowers in summer on short stems. It can be used to great effect in troughs, alpine beds, stone walls and even to soften the gaps between paving slabs, it is separated from other Sempervivum by it's unusual and vivid colour form - golden yellow tipped with red when looking its most handsome. Generally it grows to a height of 7-15cm (3-6'' with a spread of up to 30cm (12''). Will even flourish in a dry position in poor soil. Great for rock gardens surviving in the narrowest cracks. Supplied in approx. 12cm pots.

Lovely plants
