The golden gem of kitchen gardens, Capsicum annuum 'Lemon Dream', is a vibrant, productive variety, perfect for adding colour to your harvests. The smooth, tapered fruits grow to around 8-12cm, starting at pale green and maturing to a bright lemon yellow from early to mid summer. Crisp and sweet, these peppers are ideal for slicing fresh into salads, grilling or pickling.
Plant in moist, well-drained, fertile soil in a warm position with lots of sunshine. This will encourage strong growth and fruiting. Water regularly during dry periods and feed consistently with a high-potash fertiliser to support a heavy crop. A fantastic choice for home gardeners, offering reliable yields and consistently sweet, refreshing flavour.
