Sweetcorn Plant 'Earliking ' is an exceptionally early and productive variety, valued for producing deliciously sweet golden-yellow cobs ahead of many traditional sweetcorn varieties. The robust plants bear uniform cobs, packed with tender, juicy kernels that offer excellent sweetness and flavour straight from the garden. Ideal for steaming, boiling, grilling, or roasting, the cobs are perfect for gardeners wanting an early harvest without compromising on quality. Its dependable cropping and early maturity make 'Earliking' a favourite for extending the sweetcorn season.

Thriving in moist, well-drained soil and a sunny, sheltered position, 'Earliking' performs best when planted in blocks to maximise pollination. Regular watering is particularly important during flowering and cob formation to ensure full kernel development. Feed plants every few weeks with a balanced fertiliser throughout the growing season to maintain strong growth and heavy yields. Harvest cobs once the silks have browned and kernels feel plump and release a milky liquid when pressed.

Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers. Each pot contains 5 plants approx ready to be split and planted in the garden.
