Cherry Tree - Stardust Coveu Patio (Gisela 5)
Availability: Out of stock
Bring a sparkle of luxury to your garden with the Stardust Patio Cherry Tree, a compact, self-fertile variety that combines elegance with irresistible flavour. In spring, it unfurls clouds of snowy white blossom, filling patios and small gardens with charm while attracting bees. By mid-July, the tree is littered with clusters of large, glossy cherries, glowing a deep ruby-red. Their juicy, sweet flesh is wonderfully aromatic, perfect for eating fresh, baking into summer puddings, or adding a burst of colour to fruit bowls. Despite its neat size, this patio star is a surprisingly heavy cropper.

'Stardust' is an easy-to-care-for tree; simply water during dry spells, mulch in spring and prune lightly to take good care of this plant. Put 'Stardust' in full sun and free-draining soil; it is also specially bred for patios, terraces and smaller gardens. This versatile tree will make a breathtaking addition to your outdoor display in both spring and summer.

Supplied in approx. 12 litre containers grafted on a Gisela rootstock. This semi-dwarfing cherry variety produces smaller trees with an ultimate height of 3m. Trees are easily maintained at a manageable size; if planting multiples, plant in loamy, fertile soil around 2.7m apart.
