Tomato 'Blue Fire' is a striking new variety that produces small to medium fruits that shimmer with a glowing blue skin, streaked with fiery red-orange stripes beneath. Inside, the flesh is rich red and full of flavour. This tomato plant stays moderately compact but produces a generous crop. Its ornamental appeal and vibrant colour make it a must-have for growers looking for something a little different.
Plant in a warm, sunny spot and provide moderate support. Water evenly and harvest when the skin is richly coloured and the fruit yields slightly to pressure.
