The Montserrat tomato is a cherished Catalan heirloom, renowned for its large, ribbed, hollow fruits that resemble a blooming rose when sliced. With a sweet, delicate flavour and minimal seeds, it's perfect for stuffing, salads, or enjoying fresh. This tomato variety thrives in warm climates, producing high yields on vigorous vines reaching up to 2 metres.

Support with stakes or cages and prune regularly to maintain airflow. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny spot, spacing 50–80 cm apart. Ideal for greenhouses or sheltered outdoor gardens.
