Clematis Etoile de Malicorne - Late Spring Flowering Clematis

Clematis 'Etoile de Malicorne' is a deciduous, perennial climber. First blooming in late Spring, large lavender flowers are present right through until the end of Summer. These blooms have an unusual red bar through the petals. This Clematis looks beautiful scrambling through climbing roses and shrubs. Also suitable for a container, perhaps growing against a wall or fence. Plant in moist, well-drained soil.
