Penstemon 'Arabesque Orchid'

The colourful and eye-catching perennial Penstemon 'Arabesque Orchid' is prized for its extended flowering season and unusual orchid-pink blooms. The flowers are very striking because of their tubular form, white throat, and delicate, darker pink lines. This cultivar belongs to the 'Arabesque' series, which is renowned for its floriferous character and strong growth.

'Arabesque Orchid', which reaches a height of around 60cm tall, is perfect for mid-border planting in cottage gardens or as a part of a mixed perennial border. It likes well-drained soil and may grow in either full sun or light shade. By regularly removing the deadheads, you can prolong the blooming season from early summer well into October. Once established, this penstemon is drought-tolerant and easy to care for.
